Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at ernestdekat.contact@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this right may not apply once production has started for made-to-order goods.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or production issues, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
